About us
Cor.Sa 3D is an innovative division of Slayer Blades, a well-established company founded in 1979. Over the years, Cor.Sa 3D has gained extensive experience in Binder Jetting technology for sand, working closely with customers to advance from single prototypes to mass production. This progress has been made possible by the stability of the S-Max® ExOne system.
Leveraging its expertise in 3D sand printing, the company developed and patented a post-printing process known as Resin Soak. This treatment enhances the mechanical properties and durability of printed objects, expanding their applications beyond traditional foundry use. Examples of sectors benefiting from Resin Soak include carbon lamination, rubber vulcanization, thermoforming, furniture design, building restoration, and artistic projects.
Over the years, Cor.Sa 3D has explored various metal 3D printing technologies, including Binder Jetting and Laser, before selecting the Mold Jet Triton Dominant technology for its reduced waste production and enhanced workplace safety. This technology enables the production of metal parts with intricate geometries, addressing complex technological challenges.
Using additive manufacturing, Cor.Sa 3D opens up new possibilities for design optimization and reduces both costs and production time while maintaining or even enhancing the mechanical performance of components.
Today, Cor.Sa 3D has substantially expanded its production capacity with a robust machine park that includes two S-Max® binder jetting systems and one Dominant Triton system. The company tailors each stage of the process to meet the unique needs of each customer, carefully considering materials, dimensions, and functional requirements of components.
With its combination of advanced additive technologies—sand printing, Resin Soak treatment, and metal 3D printing—alongside expertise in 3D scanning and modeling, Cor.Sa 3D stands as the ideal partner for companies seeking innovative and highly customized solutions in industrial production.

Our technologies.
Within its technical department, Cor.Sa 3D dedicates an area to carry out precise optical measurements with the aid of the GOM 3D ATOS scanner, which allows any object to be scanned and high-precision measurements to be taken. As a result, Cor.Sa 3D can provide a complete and professional service to all businesses that need it, managing the simple scanning of an object as well as the creation of its “point cloud” (STL files, useful both for dimensional quality control and rapid prototyping), but also the scanning and parametric reconstruction any object for reverse engineering.
The latter is made possible with the GEOMAGIC Studio and GEOMAGIC DESIGN X software that uses the “point cloud” made with Atos and transforms it into a file suitable for use with the most common 3D CAD programs on the market.
Who we work with.
Cor.Sa 3D’s extensive services are useful and required in a wide range of sectors, from recreational to professional, to mechanics and art, and in particular in all areas where development time needs to be accelerated, costs optimised and quality control improved. In particular, the technologies used allow Cor.Sa 3D to successfully support companies in the following sectors:
- Mechanical, Manufacturing and Medical Industry
- Automotive
- Digital Artists
- Industrial Design
- Modelling and Restoration
