The Cor.Sa 3D 3D scanning service and reverse engineering activity are meant for all of those sectors in which it is necessary to accelerate development time, optimize costs and improve quality control. Specifically, these services are particularly useful in the Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing and Medical Industries, but also in the field of Industrial Design. The always more accessible new technologies allow Cor.Sa 3D to turn towards all of those artisanal activities in which they find wide application, like for example static and dynamic modeling, restoration, rapid 3D prototyping and interior design.

Through the use of a 3D scanner and state-of –the art software, Cor.Sa 3D carries out 3D scans allow you to convert physical objects into three-dimensional files to use on PC. The technology used in the measurements is of the optical type, therefore not requiring contact with the model but it acquires the point cloud according to the deformation of the linear fringes emitted by the projector.
Cor.Sa 3D also offers a reverse engineering service that provides a detailed analysis of the operation, the design and the development of an object with the objective of creating a new one with the same characteristics with improved efficiency.
Finally, Cor.Sa 3D offers a 3D printing service that includes prototyping with FDM (Fusion Deposition Material) and SLA (stereolithography) printers and the production of foundry sand molds for the creation of particulars in metal. Thanks to its long experience in additive manufacturing, is able to create- through the sand casting method- any type of form, mold and complex cores, with undercuts or cavities.
